Happy St. Patrick's Day from the St. Pat's capital of the west.  If you can't make it to Butte this year, check out this live stream from the M&M!  Be safe and get ready for spring fishing.

After a long wait, the M&M will open again in Butte this Friday!

According to the MTStandard, the M&M will reopen this Friday in time for the Christmas Stroll. Come see Butte all decked out for the holidays and take a break and get a drink in the historic M&M Cigar Store!


Lots of events going on, not enough fishing!  It's also the end of the semester and it has been freezing freakin cold out. There's a lot of pink on the tying desk (dining room table) as I prepare for a winter full of nymphing for the big guys.

There is a lot of stuff to do when your in Butte.  One thing that a person should not miss out on is the old M&M Cigar Store.  The "cigar store" label is a holdover from the days of prohibition.  The M&M is a bar, diner, and live keno lounge.

The history of this place is immense and so are their stuffed potatoes.
